The Bark Watch Galaxy Watch 8 offers robust digital safety features for kids, including text monitoring and GPS tracking. If you are looking for bark watch alternatives, you might want a device with different connectivity options or camera capabilities. This original model relies on GPS and requires a monthly service fee for its parental controls. Some parents may prefer a standalone 4G or LTE watch that does not depend on a smartphone connection. Others might seek a device with a larger display or specific waterproof ratings for active children.
We selected these 6 options because their specifications overlap with the core functions of the Bark Watch. The list includes devices with 4G connectivity, dual cameras, and LTE support. You will find models with IP68 waterproofing and bright AMOLED screens. Each alternative provides SOS features and location tracking, similar to the original. This guide helps you compare specs like size, color, and communication types to find the best fit for your child's needs.
How alternatives compare to Bark
Imoo X10 Kids Smartwatch Pink
The Imoo X10 Pink adds dual cameras and 4G connectivity, which the Bark Watch lacks. While the Bark relies on GPS and a subscription for text monitoring, the Imoo provides real-time video and voice calls without needing a phone. It also features IP68 waterproofing, offering better protection for active kids. You get secure location tracking and visual monitoring in one device. Choose this if you want direct communication and camera access instead of just text alerts and GPS.
Imoo X10 Gray Kids Smartwatch
The Imoo X10 Gray matches the pink version with dual cameras and 4G support. It differs from the Bark Watch by enabling direct voice calls and video chats, rather than focusing solely on text monitoring. The IP68 waterproof rating ensures durability during play. You gain precise GPS tracking and reliable 4G communication. Pick this alternative if you prefer immediate visual contact and standalone connectivity over the Bark’s text-based safety alerts and subscription model.
imoo X10 White 4G Kids Smartwatch
The Imoo X10 White offers the same dual-camera and 4G features as other X10 models. It provides secure, close-range communication that the Bark Watch does not support directly. You receive robust visual monitoring and reliable GPS tracking. The IP68 waterproof design adds durability for daily use. Select this option if you prioritize clear video calls and location safety over the Bark’s text scanning and parental control subscription services.
TickTalk 6 Kids Smartwatch
The TickTalk 6 features an AMOLED screen and LTE connectivity, offering clearer visuals and independent calling compared to the Bark Watch. It supports music playback and SOS features. You gain strong LTE connectivity for reliable communication without a paired phone. Choose this if you want a brighter display and direct voice/video calls. It trades the Bark’s text monitoring for better screen quality and standalone mobile network access.
JrTrack Pro Kids Smart Watch
The JrTrack Pro Cosmo provides a slim build with 4G LTE connectivity and music features. It focuses on secure standalone communication, similar to the Bark but with different hardware. You get reliable GPS tracking and SOS capabilities. The device lacks the Bark’s text monitoring subscription model, offering direct connectivity instead. Pick this if you prefer a compact design with 4G access and music playback over text safety alerts and larger smartwatch interfaces.
imoo X10 4G Kids Smartwatch
The Imoo X10 4G Pink features a flip design with detachable camera functionality. It offers robust processor performance and detailed location tracking. Unlike the Bark Watch, it emphasizes camera flexibility and direct communication. You gain SOS features and 4G connectivity. Choose this alternative if you want a unique form factor with detachable cameras and reliable monitoring. It trades the Bark’s text safety focus for versatile camera use and standalone mobile connectivity.
